GB face uphill battle
20 September, 2008 | 16:09
Great Britain's Davis Cup team will go into the final two rubbers needing nothing less than two wins to emerge victorious from their tie against Austria.
It follows their loss in the doubles today, Jamie and Ross Hutchins going down 6-4 6-3 6-1 to Julian Knowle and Jurgen Melzer.
Andy - who sat out the dubs with a slight muscle strain - must now win his match against world No. 41 Jurgen Melzer on Sunday, and Alex Bogdanovic must do the same in his reverse singles encounter with Alex Peya.
Boggo's never won a Davis Cup match, so it's a big ask. But hey, he'll be up for it.
