Andy will take on the world No. 75 Juan Martin Del Potro for a place in the second round of the Masters Series event in Rome.

The Argentine came through as a qualifier, recording victories over Francesco Aldi (6-0 4-6 6-2) and Benjamin Becker (6-1 6-1).

Andy vs. Del Potro is the last match scheduled for the Campo 1 court, Monday.

Expect their match to get under way late afternoon/ early evening.

This will be the first time the two have played at senior level, but they've met before in the Junior ranks; Andy with the 2-0 head-to-head thanks to wins at the US Open Juniors (6-0 6-1, 2004) and the French Open Juniors (6-4 6-2, 2005).

Interestingly, Del Potro's favourite surface isn't clay. Prefers hardcourts.

Still, with two matches under his belt already, he poses a tough test.
