Where is Andy?:

Contrary to reports on the internet, Andy didn't lose a forfeit and have to dress up as a cricketer this morning.

In fact, it was fitness trainer Jez Green, who it has to be said got off to a bad start when made to walk around with a bin on his head for a minute...

Now they're into the tournament, expect the forfeits to come thick and fast. They lighten the mood, although not for the loser, who for the most part gets zero attention from anyone else.

Emerging from the bin after a minute of walking around, Jez had little idea how much worse his day was going to get.

Work to be done first up, even on a day between matches: Andy working through some jumps with the familiar 25kg weight vest...

Followed by an hour and a half of hitting with Miles.

Every so often, they'd look for some down time in the shadows of the back fence. Andy catching up on his Twitter account here.

Talking of Twitter, Andy told the world that one of the team would have to wander up from the practice courts dressed as a cricketer.

Enter, yet again, Jez Green...

Poor guy.

He had to walk back through a throng of journo's asking Andy what he was doing (answer: "he just likes it"); past forfeit afficienado Andy Roddick who had a pop; and right into a player lounge full of foreign players who don't have dressing up as a cricketer in their lexicon of humour. It didn't help that everyone walked a good twenty yards behind him.

After lunch, the only thing left on the agenda was recovery. For Andy that was an hour of massage from physio Andy Ireland, followed by a ten minute dip in the ice bath.

We do wonder where the forfeits can go next...
